重型车辆运用与维修专业实践课程:职业素养的“驾驶”与“维修”

摘　　要：针对技工院校重型车辆运用与维修专业实践课程,探讨了职业素养的“驾驶”与“维修”在课程设置和教学过程中的关键作用。研究发现,加强职业道德教育、专业技能培养以及校企合作对于提升学生职业素养具有重要意义。通过与企业紧密合作,学生能够在实际工作中提升职业素养,为未来就业和发展奠定基础。此外,提出了未来研究展望,包括探讨职业素养的“驾驶”与“维修”在课程中的融合与发展、深入研究校企合作在实践课程中的作用和效果、关注学生职业发展以及实践课程的创新与发展等。本研究对于推动技工院校重型车辆运用与维修专业实践课程的改革具有一定的理论指导意义。Explores the key roles of"driving"and"maintenance"in professional ethics in the practical curriculum of the heavy vehicle operation and maintenance major in technical colleges.The study found that strengthening professional ethics education,professional skill training,and school-enterprise cooperation are of great significance for improving students'professional ethics.By working closely with enterprises,students can enhance their professional ethics in practical work and lay the foundation for future employment and development.In addition,proposes future research prospects,including exploring the integration and development of"driving"and"mainte⁃nance"in professional ethics in the curriculum,in-depth study of the role and effect of schoolenterprise cooperation in practical courses,and focusing on students'professional development and innovation and development of practical courses.This study has certain theoretical guiding sig⁃nificance for promoting the reform and development of the practical curriculum of the heavy ve⁃hicle operation and maintenance major in technical colleges.
