摘　　要：高质量发展是全面建设社会主义现代化国家的首要任务,是新发展阶段的突出特点,也是学校体育工作的核心要义。探究学校体育高质量发展的内涵、困境和纾解有助于深入理解学校体育工作的方向和重点。从满足学生体育需要为判断标准、均衡发展为价值取向、充分发展为资源依赖、可持续发展为过程状态阐释学校体育高质量发展的内涵,发现学校体育高质量发展面临未能很好满足学生体育需要、失衡、不充分和可持续性不强的困境。针对困境提出纾解策略:厘清学生体育需要,满足学生体育需要;推动教育资源均衡发展,促进教育公平;创新举措,推动学校体育充分发展;筑牢地位、增强政策执行力,推动学校体育持续发展。High quality development is the primary task of comprehensively building a socialist modernized country,a prominent feature of the new development stage,and also the core essence of school physical education work.Therefore,exploring the connotation,difficulties,and solutions of high-quality development of school physical education can help to deeply understand the direction and focus of school physical education work.The connotation of high-quality development of school physical education is explained from the perspective of meeting students'physical education needs as the judgment standard,balancing development as the value orientation,fully developing as resource dependence,and sustainable development as the process state.The high-quality development of school physical education faces the dilemma of not meeting students'sports needs well,being imbalanced,insufficient,and not having strong sustainability.Propose relief strategies for the dilemma:clarify students'sports needs and meet their sports needs;Promote balanced development of resources and promote educational equity;Innovative measures to promote the full development of school physical education;Strengthen the status,enhance policy execution,and promote the sustainable development of school physical education.
