摘  要:随着新时期我国社会经济的飞速发展,加强食品安全检验检测,持续完善食品检验检测体系建设,能够进一步提高食品安全水平,增进居民幸福感。本文阐述了我国食品安全食品检验检测体系现状,分析了我国食品安全食品检验检测体系建设过程中现存的主要问题,针对性提出了完善食品安全检验检测体系建设工作的建议,以期为推动我国食品安全治理能力建设提供参考。With the rapid development of China’s social economy in the new era,strengthening food safety inspection and detection,and continuously improving the construction of food inspection and detection system can further improve the level of food safety and enhance people’s happiness.This paper expounds the current situation of China’s food safety inspection and detection system,analyzes the main problems existing in the construction process of China’s food safety inspection and detection system,and puts forward some suggestions on improving the construction of food safety inspection and detection system,in order to provide reference for promoting the construction of China’s food safety governance capacity.
