摘 要:食品安全关乎公众生命健康、国家经济发展和社会稳定,建立健全的食品标准和检验检测体系是确保食品安全的基础。科学合理的食品安全标准是对食品质量进行评价和监管的基础,健全的检验检测体系则是保证标准执行的关键,通过严格的检测程序和技术手段,可及时发现和排除不合格食品,最大限度地保障公众健康。Food safety is a matter of public life and health,national economic development and social stability,and the establishment of sound food standards and inspection and testing systems is the basis for ensuring food safety.Scientific and reasonable food safety standards are the basis for evaluating and regulating food quality,and a sound inspection and testing system is the key to ensuring the implementation of standards;through strict testing procedures and technical means,substandard food can be detected and eliminated in a timely manner,thus maximizing the protection of public health.
