摘 要:绩效管理是人力资源管理的核心,绩效的持续改善也成了各类组织关注的核心问题。绩效管理的每个阶段形成了PDCA循环。在介绍了PDCA循环和绩效管理的概念之后,详细介绍了绩效计划、绩效实施、绩效考核、绩效反馈与应用所组成的基于PDCA循环的绩效管理全过程。之后,从月度绩效复盘的流程和月度绩效复盘的特点两个方面详细阐述了基于PDCA绩效复盘机制构建过程。最后提出分阶段的导入和提供资源支持以保证机制的成功导入与实施。Performance management is the core of human resource management,and continuous improvement of performance has become a core issue of concern for various organizations.Each stage of performance management forms a PDCA cycle.After introducing the concepts of the PDCA cycle and performance management,the entire process of performance management based on the PDCA cycle,consisting of performance planning,performance implementation,performance evaluation,performance feedback and application,was introduced in detail.Afterwards,the construction process of the PDCA based performance review mechanism was elaborated in detail from two aspects:the process of monthly performance review and the characteristics of monthly performance review.Finally,a phased introduction and resource support are proposed to ensure the successful introduction and implementation of the mechanism.
