The detection of Illegally Added Drugs in Health Food Products Using High-Performance Liquid Chromatography-Quadrupole/Time-of-Flight High-Resolution Mass Spectrometry

摘　　要：建立高效液相色谱-四级杆/飞行时间高分辨质谱法检测保健食品中非法添加药物西布曲明和酚酞的分析方法。通过保留时间对西布曲明和酚酞进行定性分析,通过标准曲线法对保健食品中西布曲明和酚酞进行定量分析。结果表明,2种药物标准品的溶液浓度与检测响应具有良好的线性关系,其相关系数(R~2)均大于0.99,该方法简单、快速、准确,适合用于保健食品中非法添加物的筛查。An analytical method for the detection of unlawfully added drugs,sibutramine and phenolphthalein,in health food products was established using high-performance liquid chromatography coupled with quadrupole/time-of-flight high-resolution mass spectrometry.Qualitative analysis of sibutramine and phenolphthalein was conducted based on retention time,while quantitative analysis of these two drugs in health food products was performed using the standard curve method.The results showed that a strong linear correlation was observed between the concentrations of the standard solutions of the two drugs and the corresponding detection response,with correlation coefficients(R²)greater than 0.99.This approach is simple,rapid,and precise,indicating its suitability for the screening of illegally added substances in health food products.
