摘 要:数字时代手机阅读App不断强化用户阅读体验感知和社交分享功能,塑造出用户复杂化的阅读行为活动,其实质是新型阅读背景下用户阅读动机的变化。基于调查问卷和访谈资料,运用扎根理论,研究发现大学生手机App阅读动机可分为一般型、均衡型和自我提升型,三种类型动机促使大学生关注阅读体验和价值收获,形成“个人-社会”的阅读形态,并且注重展示性和内在修养等行为变化,由此呈现出工具性需求与阅读价值感知、社会化趋势与阅读互动模式、能力提升目标与自我效能实现的“动机-行为”关系模式。为此,手机阅读App需要围绕大学生复杂多样的阅读动机,在阅读内容、产品设计、产品功能和阅读社群等方面,实现以大学生用户为中心的阅读体验的情景再现。In the digital era,mobile reading apps continuously enhance usersreading experience perception and social sharing functions,shaping the complex behavior and behavior of various types of reading activities for college students.Its essence is the change in reading motivation of college students in the context of a new reading environment.Based on survey questionnaires and interview data,and using grounded theory,research has found that college studentsmotivation for reading mobile apps can be divided into general,balanced,and self improvement types.These three types of motivation encourage college students to focus on reading experience and value gain,develop a“personal social”reading form,and focus on showcasing and internal cultivation,presenting instrumental needs and reading value perception,socialization trends and reading interaction patterns The“Motivation Behavior”model for achieving ability improvement goals and self-efficacy.Therefore,mobile reading apps need to revolve around the complex and diverse reading motivations of college students,and achieve a scenario representation of a reading experience centered around college students in terms of reading content,product design,product functions,and reading communities.
