摘  要:为提高医学信息管理人才的实践能力以及岗位胜任力,针对医学信息管理专业实践教学中存在的问题如培养目标不明确、实践教学内容缺乏有效整合、实践考核环节待优化、实践考核评价体系不完善等,将OBE和CDIO进行有机融合,建立基于OBE-CDIO理念的医学信息管理人才实践教学体系。运用OBE学习成果导向理念,分析医学信息管理行业需求,将专业实践能力分解为专业知识能力、综合应用能力、创新思维和改进能力,形成人才培养目标的递增线。并以实践教学目标为导向,以CDIO设计专业实践主线,完善实践教学体系,包括反向设计层次化的实践教学内容,优化实践教学环节,建设多元化实践教学平台,优化多方参与的考核体系,最终形成完整、规范、可持续改进的实践教学体系,以期实现医学信息管理人才实践能力的递进式培养。In order to improve the practical ability and job competence of medical information management talents,this study proposes a practical teaching system for medical information management talents based on the concept of OBE-CDIO in view of the problems existing in the practical teaching of medical information management,such as unclear cultivation objectives,lack of effective integration of practical teaching content,optimisation of practical teaching links,and imperfection of the practical teaching evaluation system.This study applies the OBE learning outcome-oriented concept,analyses the needs of the medical information management industry,and decomposes the professional practice competencies into professional knowledge competencies,comprehensive application competencies,innovative thinking and improvement competencies,forming an incremental line of talent cultivation objectives.With the practical teaching objectives as the guide,the practical teaching system is improved,including the reverse design of hierarchical practical teaching content,optimisation of each practical teaching link,construction of a diversified practical teaching platform,and optimisation of the multi-party participation of the practical teaching assessment system.Through the above strategies,a complete,standardised and sustainable improvement of the practice teaching system is formed,with a view to realising the progressive cultivation of the practical ability of medical information management talents.
