海军官兵迈尔斯-布里格斯个性类型指标与视觉-听觉-阅读写作-运动实践型感官风格关系的定量探究

摘  要:目的探讨迈尔斯·布里格斯个性类型指标(MBTI)个性倾向与视觉(V)-听觉(A)-阅读写作(R)-运动实践型(K)(VARK)感官风格的关系。方法于2021年1-6月应用MBTI和VARK量表对8124名参加军事职业教育的海军官兵进行问卷调查,分析海军官兵感官学习风格类型调查结果;比较不同感官学习风格类型海军官兵、不同单一感官学习风格与多重感官学习风格海军官兵MBTI-M标准化得分;比较不同倾向重数感官学习风格海军官兵、不同单一感官学习风格表现强度与多重感官学习风格海军官兵MBTI-M标准化得分。结果共发放10000份问卷,有效回收问卷8124份,有效回收率为81.24%。8124名参加军事职业教育在线课程学习的海军官兵中,V型137名、A型1055名、R型580名、K型612名、VA型67名、VR型66名、VK型47名、AR型325名、AK型457名、RK型186名、VAR型168名、VAK型169名、VRK型83名、ARK型633名、VARK型3539名。单一学习风格2384名、双重学习风格者1148名、三重学习风格者1053名、四重学习风格者3539名,多重学习风格共5740名;单一学习风格中,表现强度一般1109名、表现强度强603名、表现强度非常强672名。不同感官学习风格类型海军官兵外向(E)、内向(I)、感觉(S)、直觉(N)、思考(T)、情感(F)、判断(J)、感知(P)标准化得分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同单一感官学习风格与多重感官学习风格海军官兵E、I、S、N、T、F、J、P标准化得分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同倾向重数感官学习风格海军官兵MBTI量表中E、I、S、T、J、P标准化得分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),N、F标准化得分比较差异无统计学意义。不同表现强度感官学习风格海军官兵E、I、J、P标准化得分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),S、N、T、F标准化得分比较差异无统计学意义。结论个性倾向与感官学习风格类型、倾向重数和强度等均相关,同一分类�Objective To explore the relationship between Myers-Briggs type indicator(MBTI)personality tendencies and visual(V),aural(A),read/write(R),kinesthetic(K)questionnaire(VARK)sensory styles.Methods MBTI and VARK scales were used to investigate 8124 naval offi-cers and soldiers who participated in military continuing education,the survey results of sensory learning styles of navy officers and soldiers were an-alyzed,the MBTI-M standardized scores of navy officers and soldiers with different sensory learning styles,different single sensory learning styles and multiple sensory learning styles were compared,the MBTI-M standardized scores of navy officers and soldiers with different tendencies of multi-ple sensory learning styles,different single sensory learning styles and multiple sensory learning styles were compared.Results A total of 10000 questionnaires were distributed and 8124 were effectively recovered,with an effective recovery rate of 81.24%.Among the 8124 naval officers and soldiers who participated in the online course of military vocational education,there were 137 V type,1055 A type,580 R type,612 K type,67 VA type,66 VR type,47 VK type,325 AR type,457 AK type,186 RK type,168 VAR type,169 VAK type,83 VRK type,633 ARK type,and 3539 VARK type;there were 2384 individuals with single learning style,1148 individuals with double learning style,1053 individuals with triple learn-ing style,3539 individuals with quadruple learning style and 5740 individuals with multiple learning style;in the single learning style,there were 1109 students with average performance intensity,603 with strong performance intensity,and 672 with very strong performance intensity.There were significant differences in extroversion(E),introversion(I),sensing(S),intuition(N),thinking(T),feeling(F),judging(J),perception(P)standardized scores among navy officers and soldiers with different sensory learning styles(P<0.05).There were significant differences in standardized scores of E,I,S,N,T,F,J,P between different single sensory learning style
