中医住院医师规范化培训的思考和建议

摘　　要：中医住院医师规范化培训是当代中医药医学生毕业后人才培养模式之一,是培养中医临床医师的必经之路。此文就中医住院医师规范化培训工作提出了思考和建议,包括强化师资培训、加强岗前培训、建立诊疗规范及应急预案、注重中医经典传承、建立考核评价体系、提高规培医师待遇等。完善中医住院医师规范化培训工作仍需要在实践中进一步探索和总结。Standardized training for resident of traditional Chinese medicine is one of the training methods for physician of traditional Chinese medicine after the graduation in modern society,and it is the most important way to train clinicians of traditional Chinese medicine.This paper put forward some thoughts and suggestions on the standardized training of Chinese traditional medicine residency,including strengthening teacher training,strengthening pre-job training,establishing diagnostic and therapeutic guidelines for diseases and emergency plans,paying equal attention to Chinese and Western medicine,establishing evaluation systems,raising status and salary of residency,etc.It is still necessary to further explore and summarize in the practice of standardization training for resident of traditional Chinese medicine.
