摘 要:以自我决定理论为基础,基于TALIS2018中国上海教师的调查数据,实证探讨了不同评价方式对教学质量的作用机制。研究发现,发展性评价对教学质量具有显著的正向影响,奖惩性评价的影响不显著。作用机制检验发现,能力需求、自主需求与归属需求在发展性评价和教学质量间起着部分中介作用;能力需求和归属需求在奖惩性评价和教学质量间起着完全中介作用,自主需求起着遮掩作用。Drawing on the Self-Determination Theory,this study explores the mechanisms through which different evaluation methods affect teacher’s teaching quality,using survey data from Shanghai,China,collected during the TALIS 2018 survey.The research reveals that developmental evaluation significantly positively influences teacher’s teaching quality,while the impact of reward and punishment evaluation is not statistically significant.Mechanism analysis shows that competence,autonomy,and relatedness needs mediate the relationship between developmental evaluation and teacher’s teaching quality to a partial extent.Competence and relatedness needs serve as complete mediators in the relationship between reward and punishment evaluation and teacher’s teaching quality,while autonomy needs act as a suppressor.
