摘　　要：围绕“三全”理念和全生命周期认识,重构《黄帝内经》医德思想观念体系,推阐其当代启示及意义。基于传统医德思想要点及全人医学教育的认识,重点阐释《黄帝内经》的宇宙生命观、文化教育观、医工诊断观、能效评级观,由此构建气的全体融贯、人的全真塑造、医的全程诊断、治的全效检证的《黄帝内经》医德思想体系。可推引当代医德培养的生命全覆盖、教育全动员、诊断全过程、评级全方位的完整呈现,增进医者德性自觉、个体塑造、人文精神涵养与综合能力提升。这为医德教育持续发展,储备有效的理论资源与可行的实践方案。Focusing on the concept of"three comprehensive education"and the understanding of the full lifecycle,this paper reconstructs the ideological system of medical ethics in Huangdi Neijing,elucidating its contemporary implications and significance.Based on the key points of traditional medical ethics and the insights of holistic medical education,this paper delves into the cosmological view of life,cultural and educational perspectives,diagnostic principles,and efficacy evaluation principles in Huangdi Neijing,thereby constructing a medical ethics framework that embodies the integration of Qi,the holistic shaping of individuals,the complete diagnostic process,and the comprehensive efficacy verification in treatment.This approach can facilitate the comprehensive expression of life coverage,educational mobilization,the entire process of diagnosis,and comprehensive evaluation,thereby enhancing the moral consciousness,individual shaping,cultural refinement,and overall capability of healthcare professionals.This lays the groundwork for the sustainable development of medical ethics education,stockpiling effective theoretical resources and practical solutions.
