摘　　要：本文主要概述了叙事医学的概念和发展现状,简要回顾了叙事医学在护理及医疗教学中的应用。并以首都医科大学某附属医院肾内科进行住院医师规范化培训的住院医师为研究对象,通过调查问卷的方式,评估16名规培住院医师对叙事医学的了解情况。结果显示,87.5%的规培住院医师的阅读以医学专业文献为主,以便增进专业知识,62.5%的规培医师对于人文教育有不同程度的需求,50%的医师对叙事医学并不熟悉。在临床工作中,规培医师认同叙事医学有助于促进治疗的个体化与人性化。总之,叙事医学是一门可以培养临床医师共情能力的新兴学科,在医学人文教育中起到了重要作用。在肾内科常见疾病的诊疗过程中,叙事医学可以帮助医师更好的为患者服务。住院医师在肾内科进行规范化培训期间,同样需要接触叙事医学,有必要在肾内科临床教学工作中开展叙事医学的学习和实践工作。This paper mainly summarizes the concept and development of narrative medicine,and briefly reviews the application of narrative medicine in nursing and medical teaching.Taking the residents who had received standardized training in the department of nephrology in a affiliated hospital of capital medical university as the research objects,this paper evaluated the understanding of narrative medicine among 16 residents with standardized training through questionnaires.The results showed that 87.5%of the program residents mainly read medical professional literature in order to improve professional knowledge,62.5%of the program residents had different degrees of demand for humanistic education,and 50%of the physicians were not familiar with narrative medicine.In clinical work,the residents agrees that narrative medicine helps to promote the individuation and humanization of treatment.In short,narrative medicine is a new discipline that can cultivate the empathy ability of clinicians,and plays an important role in medical humanities education.In the process of diagnosis and treatment of common diseases in nephrology,narrative medicine can help physicians better serve patients.During the standardized training in the Department of nephrology,residents also need to contact narrative medicine,and it is necessary to carry out the study and practice of narrative medicine in the clinical teaching of the department of nephrology.
