摘  要:西康扁桃仁中植物甾醇含量丰富,且以β-谷甾醇为主。通过高效液相色谱法检测波长、流动相配比、流速、柱温等条件,确定西康扁桃仁中β-谷甾醇含量测定的最佳条件为检测波长201 nm,流动相为100%甲醇,流速1.0 mL/min,色谱柱温度40℃。方法学考察结果表明,该方法线性关系良好,精密度、重复性及稳定性的RSD值均小于2.0%,平均加标回收率106.14%,该方法稳定可靠,可用于西康扁桃仁中β-谷甾醇的含量测定。The phytosterol content in Xikang almond kernels is rich and dominated byβ-sitosterol.By exploring the conditions such as wavelength,mobile phase ratio,flow rate and column temperature detected by high-performance liquid chromatography,the content ofβ-sitosterol in Xikang almond kernel was determined.The optimal conditions for the determination ofβ-sitosterol content are detection wavelength of 201 nm,mobile phase of 100%methanol,flow rate of 1.0 mL/min and chromatographic column temperature of 40℃.The methodological investigation results indicate that the method has a good linear relationship with RSD values of precision repeatability and stability are less than 2.0%,and an average spiked recovery rate is 106.14%.The method is stable and reliable which can be used for the content determination ofβ-sitosterol in Xikang almond kernel.
