摘 要:察尔汗盐湖存在氯化钾少、氯化钠多的资源特点,目前的资源开发一般主要是生产氯化钾为主的钾肥,副产物氯化钠通常堆弃在尾矿场。低钠盐作为一种含有少量氯化钾的食用盐,因其具有较强的心血管保健作用而越来越受大众的欢迎。文章以15℃条件下K^(+)、Na^(+)、Mg^(2+)//Cl^(-)-H_(2)O四元水盐体系相图作为理论分析工具,系统阐述察尔汗盐田卤水精制低钠盐的原理,并利用相图计算整个精制过程的物料平衡。Chaerhan Salt Lake has the resource characteristics of less KCl and more NaCl.At present,the main resource development is to produce potassium chloride-based potash fertil⁃izer,and the by-product NaCl is usually dumped in the tailings yard.Low sodium salt,as an ed⁃ible salt containing a small amount of KCl,is increasingly welcomed by the public because of its strong cardiovascular health care function.In this article,the phase diagram of K^(+),Na^(+),Mg^(2+)//Cl^(-)-H_(2)O quaternary water-salt system at 15℃is used as a theoretical analysis tool,and the principle of refining low sodium salt with brine in Chaerhan Salt Field is systematically expounded,and the material balance of the whole refining process is calculated by using the phase diagram.
