摘 要:教师数字素养的提升是专递课堂实施中的重要组成部分,面对基数较大的数字素养薄弱的教师群体,规范的规模化提升其数字素养是教育数字化转型的关键。文章通过分析专递课堂在数字资源应用中存在的问题,在此基础上提出数字教材规模化应用的提升专递课堂教师数字素养的策略:城区教研室引领,指导学校和薄弱学校结对子;提供统一数字教材平台,实现区域数字空间搭建;为教师提供机会去学习、反思和共享数字教材应用过程。以期通过明确目标、搭建数字空间、分层培养的过程,展现规模化应用数字教材,实现专递课堂教师数字素养规模化提升。The improvement of digital literacy among teachers is an important component of applying virtual classrooms.Faced with a large number of teachers with weak digital literacy,it is the key to the digital transformation of education to standardize and scale up their digital literacy.Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the application of digital resources in the virtual classroom,this paper proposes strategies to improve the digital literacy of the virtual classroom teachers through the large-scale application of digital textbooks.Weak schools should be led by the urban teaching and research office,and pair up with guiding schools;Provide a unified digital textbook platform to achieve the construction of regional digital space;Provide opportunities for teachers to learn,reflect,and share the process of applying digital textbooks,in order to demonstrate the large-scale application of digital textbooks and achieve the large-scale improvement of digital literacy of teachers in virtual classroom through the process of clarifying goals,building digital spaces,and hierarchical training.
