摘　　要：师范类专业认证是推动教学改革、提升师范生培养质量的重要举措。教学技能训练作为师范生培养的重要组成部分,其效果直接关系到专业认证的结果。文章分析了当前师范生教学技能训练课程存在的问题,提出基于UMU平台的混合式教学改革进路,并对实施效果进行了分析,结果表明:该模式对学生的模拟授课成绩、学生学习态度起到积极正向作用。The professional certification of teacher training program is an important measure to promote teaching reform and improve the quality of cultivating normal college students.Teaching skills training,as an important component of teacher training,is directly related to the results of professional certification.The article analyzes the problems in the current teaching skills training courses for normal college students,proposes the path of blended teaching reform based on the UMU platform,and analyzes the implementation effect.The results show that this mode has a positive effect on students’simulated teaching performance and learning attitude.
