终身教育视角下地方高校继续教育内涵式发展

摘　　要：从终身教育的视角出发,探讨了终身教育在地方高校继续教育中的地位和作用。通过分析终身教育体系下地方高校继续教育的现状,发现了教育资源分配不均、课程设置和教学方法滞后、管理水平参差不齐、产学研结合不紧密等问题。为解决这些问题,提出了优化资源配置、改革课程体系、提升管理水平、推动产学研结合等策略。为终身教育视角下地方高校继续教育内涵式发展提供参考,并提高人才培养质量,推动社会终身学习氛围的形成。This article explores the status and role of lifelong education in continuing education in local universities from the perspective of lifelong education.By analyzing the current situation of continuing education in local universities under the lifelong education system,it identifies problems such as uneven distribution of educational resources,lagging curriculum and teaching methods,uneven management levels,and weak industry-educatin-research integration.To address these issues,this study proposes strategies such as optimizing resource allocation,reforming curriculum system,improving management level,and promoting industry-education-research integration.It is hoped that this study can provide reference for the connotative development of continuing education in local universities from the perspective of lifelong education,improve the quality of talent cultivation,and promote the formation of a lifelong learning atmosphere in society.
