摘  要:近年来,老年继续教育作为一项重要的教育政策引起了广泛关注。旨在探索将老年继续教育融入终身教育体系的路径。通过文献综述和案例分析,发现了一些重要的启示和实践经验。首先,必须加强老年继续教育的政策支持和法律保障,形成相关政策制度;其次,不仅要建立多元化的老年继续教育机构和平台,提供丰富多样的学习资源和服务,还要激发老年人的学习动力,增强其学习意愿和能力;最后,应通过社区协作、跨学科合作和社会参与等方式促进老年继续教育的发展。为老年继续教育融入终身教育体系提供了一些可行性的路径和策略,对促进老年人全面发展和提高社会教育水平具有重要意义。In recent years,continuing education for the elderly,as an important educational policy,has attracted widespread attention.This article aims to explore the path of integrating continuing education for the elderly into the lifelong education system.Through literature review and case analysis,some important insights and practical experiences have been discovered.Firstly,it is necessary to strengthen policy support and legal protection for continuing education for the elderly,forming relevant policy systems.Secondly,it is necessary to establish diversified institutions and platforms for continuing education for the elderly,providing rich and diverse learning resources and services.In addition,it is also necessary to stimulate the learning motivation of the elderly and enhance their willingness and ability to learn.Finally,the development of continuing education for the elderly should be promoted through community collaboration,interdisciplinary cooperation,and social participation.This study provides some feasible paths and strategies for integrating continuing education for the elderly into the lifelong education system,which is of great significance for promoting the comprehensive development of the elderly and improving the level of social education.
