摘 要:在“互联网+”时代,成人高等教育在线教学广受关注,学界对“互联网+”背景下成人高等教育在线教学可行性与可持续发展性认识存在较大分歧。立足成人高等教育在线教学实际,提出教学资源供给不充分、教学组织把控不精准、教学方案设计不先进和教学评价不科学等现存问题,分析线下资源与线上技术结合失利、学习主体与组织主体互动失调、授课内容与表现形式匹配失范、师生教学共同体与全过程育人共同体联动失据等方面原因,系统提出整合教育资源、创新教改理念、打磨教学设计和健全考评机制的解决方案,以期为进一步完善和发展成人高等教育在线教学提供理路借鉴和经验参考。In the era of“Internet Plus”,online teaching of adult higher education has attracted wide attention,and there exists enormous divergence on the feasibility and sustainable development of online teaching of adult higher education in the context of“Internet Plus”in academic circles.Based on this reality and taking actual online teaching in adult higher education into account,this paper points out such existing problems as insufficient supply of teaching resources,inaccurate teaching organization control,backward teaching program design and unscientific evaluation of teaching results.This paper analyzes the reasons such as failure in combining offline resources with online technologies,interaction disharmony between learning subjects and organizational subjects,mismatch between teaching content and expression forms,and disconnection of teacher-student teaching community from whole-process education community,and systematically proposes the following solutions:integrating educational resources,innovating educational reform concepts,perfecting teaching design and improving evaluation mechanism in order to provide theoretical and experiential reference for the further improvement and development of online teaching in adult higher education.
