摘  要:跨境电商人才培养存在着岗位需求与人才培养错位现象,跨境电商实务类课程的教学条件与资源不足、校企融合缺少长效机制、教学评价指标单一。以广东交通职业技术学院跨境电商实务课程教学改革为例,明确教学改革目标,开展课程内容、教学条件与教学资源建设,实施混合式教学,以数智化、信息化教学工具赋能学生,打造校企协同育人长效机制,岗课赛证创融通,建立多元评价体系,融入思政元素,提高跨境电商人才培养质量。At present,there is a mismatch between job requirements and talent cultivation in the training of cross-border e-commerce professionals.Furthermore,the practical courses suffer from insufficient teaching conditions and resources,a lack of long-term mechanism for school-enterprise integration,and simplistic teaching evaluation indicators.Taking the teaching reform of cross-border e-commerce practical courses offered by Guangdong Communication Polytechnic as an example,it clarifies the goal of teaching reform,carries out the construction of course content,teaching conditions and teaching resources,implements blended teaching,empowers the students with digital and informatized teaching tools,creates the long-lasting mechanism of collaborative cultivation between school and enterprises,integrates the post,courses,competition,certification and innovation,establishes a diversified evaluation system,integrates ideological and political elements,and improves the quality of cross-border e-commerce talent cultivation.
