摘  要:规则立德是新时代师德师风建设的一个重要理念,旨在打通规则与道德之间的转换关系,实现师德内在自律性与规则外在他律性的有机结合,为加强和改进新时代师德师风建设提供了一个崭新视角。师德师风建设之规则立德,有助于守护教师从“圣者化”到“职业化”的顺利转变,适应教师不同于“一般社会角色”的“特性角色”,保障教师实现“自由”与“规范”的辩证统一。提升新时代师德师风建设之规则立德的实效性,应当着力优化师德规则体系的顶层设计,完善规则立德的系统建构,彰显规则立德的实践特质。Rule-based morality is a crucial concept in shaping the professional ethics and integrity of teachers in the new era.It aims to transcend the dichotomy between rules and ethics,achieving a harmonious blend of internal self-discipline of professional ethics and external regulation of rules.This approach offers a fresh perspective for enhancing and refining the development of professional ethics and integrity among teachers in the new era.Rule-based morality is vital for ensuring teachers’smooth transition from being seen as“saints”to“professionals,”enabling them to embrace their“specific role”distinct from the“general social role,”and ensuring a dialectical unity of“freedom”and“norm”for teachers.To enhance the efficacy of instilling virtue through rules in the new era,efforts should focus on optimizing the top-level design of the rule system governing teachers’professional ethics,refining its systematic construction,and emphasizing its practical application.
