摘  要:鉴古知今,学史明智,党中央历来高度重视“四史”教育工作。高校是开展“四史”教育的主阵地,专业课程也承担着立德树人的神圣使命。在专业课程的讲授过程中充分挖掘“四史”教育元素,把“四史”教育贯穿在专业课程的准备、实施和评价全过程,有利于确保“四史”教育实效,保持专业课与思想政治教育同向同行,形成协同效应。文章以卫生人力资源管理课程为例,系统论述了“四史”教育融入该课程的思政方案设计,分别从课程目标、教学过程环节详细阐述具体融入环节,并从学习状态、评价方式和评价题目着手提供了“四史”教育融入该课程的教学评价方案,进一步形成了“四史”教学反思:提高自身“四史”素养,巧妙桥接专业课程;精准设计融入方式,实现润物无声效果;加强师生沟通,引发学生积极参与;教学方式融合,不断改革思政方式。The CPC Central Committee has always attached great importance to the education of“four histories”.Colleges and universities are the main front to carry out the“four history”education,and the professional courses also undertake the sacred mission of promoting morality and educating people.In the teaching process of professional courses,we should fully explore the educational elements of“four histories”and integrate“four histories”education into the whole process of preparation,implementation and evaluation of professional courses,which is conducive to ensuring the effectiveness of“four histories”education,keeping the professional courses and ideological and political education in the same direction and forming a synergistic effect.Taking the health human resources management course as an example,this paper systematically discusses the ideological and political plan design of integrating“four histories”education into the course,expounds the specific integration link in detail from the course objectives and teaching process,and provides the teaching evaluation plan of integrating“four histories”education into the course from the learning state,evaluation methods and evaluation topics,and further forms the teaching reflection of“four histories”:improve their“four history”accomplishment,skillfully bridge professional courses.Implement precise design to achieve a subtle impact,foster effective communication between teachers and students and stimulate active student participation,integrate teaching methods and continuously reform ideological and political education.
