摘  要:文章提出了一种同时控制车体的横移振动、侧滚振动在横向方向上的分量及摇头振动在横向方向上的分量的半主动悬挂控制策略,并以某轨道车辆为研究对象,采用动力学软件和控制软件,建立车辆动力学-半主动控制模型,研究二系横向减振器半主动悬挂下车辆振动的变化规律。结果表明:半主动悬挂相比被动悬挂只改变车体振动主频为1 Hz附近时的振动加速度幅值,基本不改变振动的主频;采用半主动悬挂方式后,车体横向平稳性指标最大优化11.77%,车体振动加速度均方根最大优化21.77%,车体振动加速度最大值绝对值最大优化14.73%;为了保证半主动悬挂控制的效果,需将二系横向减振器的半主动响应时滞时间控制在60 ms以内。This paper proposes a semi-active suspension control strategy that simultaneously controls the lateral vibration,rolling vibration in the lateral direction,and shaking head vibration in the lateral direction of the car body.Taking a rail vehicle as the research object,the vehicle dynamics semi-active control model is established using the dynamic software and control software.The variation law of vehicle vibration under semi-active suspension of the secondary lateral shock absorbers is studied.The results show that compared with the passive suspension,the semi-active suspension only changes the vibration acceleration amplitude when the main frequency of the car body vibration is near 1 Hz,and basically does not change the main frequency of the vibration.After adopting the semi-active suspension mode,the maximum optimization of the lateral stability index of the car body is 11.77%,the maximum optimization of the root mean square of the car body vibration acceleration is 21.77%,and the maximum absolute value of the car body vibration acceleration is 14.73%.In order to ensure the effectiveness of semi-active suspension control,it is necessary to control the semi-active response delay time of the secondary lateral shock absorber within 60 ms.
