高校科普服务社会的使命和路径

摘　　要：在高质量发展阶段,高校要主动服务社会,拓展服务的领域,以学校拥有的学科优势和先进技术知识服务社会经济发展、文化发展和人的全面发展。将科技理论转化为浅显易懂的知识传递给公众,提升全民的科技知识水平,是党和政府、社会发展赋予高校科普大众的社会职能,也是高校高质量发展、提升自身实力的必然选择。高校拥有丰富的教学科技创新设施设备、各领域科技人才、最新的科技理论创新知识等软硬件资源,在科学普及方面具有独特的资源优势。高校应提高对科普工作的重视程度,充分发挥科普资源的优势,大力培养科技人才,提供多元化的科普内容,创新多样化的科普形式,营造科学文化氛围,全面参与国家全民科学素质行动计划。The science literacy education aims to transmit simplified theories of technologies and science to the populace,and increase their knowledge in this aspect.Since universities boast unique resources,such as advanced facilities and equipment,professional experts,and latest theories etc.,Chinese Communist Party,governments,and society all expect highly of them to fully exploit their advantages to promote this education,which is also the best alternative for them to strengthen themselves in fulfilling their high quality development.For this end,universities shall raise their awareness of their social responsibility,and attach more importance to the science literacy education.Integrated into Chinese National Overall Scientific Literacy Action Plan,approaches include:making the best of their resources,developing professional personnel,diversifying the contents,innovating methodologies,creating a friendly environment,and so on.
