摘  要:针对高校教师在实践教学评价中容易出现的考核不严谨、管理松散、考核方式不适用等问题,借鉴目标游离模式的评价模型,结合实践教学的特点,建构以“前设评价—跟进评价—后设评价”为核心的高校实践教学评价的目标游离模式。这套模式的应用,有其具体的阈限,需多方联动、整合教学资源,坚持“以学生为中心”的教学理念,要在做好前期调研的同时试点推进。In response to the problems that college teachers are prone to encounter in the evaluation of practical teaching,such as lack of rigor in assessment,loose management,and unsuitable assessment methods,this paper draws on the evaluation model of goal free mode and combines the characteristics of practical teaching to construct a goal free mode of college practical teaching evaluation with"pre evaluation,follow-up evaluation,post evaluation"as the core.The application of this model has its specific threshold,requiring multi-party collaboration and integration of teaching resources,adhering to the teaching philosophy of"student-centered",and promoting pilot projects while conducting preliminary research.
