摘　　要：[目的/意义]分析新形势下的信息资源管理教育与学科发展新任务与新目标,探讨新时代中国信息资源管理学科发展与学科教育要点和前进方向,为信息资源管理学科共同体进一步开展相关理论与实践研究提供参考。[方法/过程]围绕第二届信息资源管理教育与学科发展高端论坛主题,梳理剖析专家报告内容,研究拓展专家新思路、新观点。[结果/结论]论坛对新时期信息资源管理学科的核心与内涵、学科拓展边界、学科建设的关键与挑战以及学术研究与学科教育的协同发展等问题进行深入探讨,构建新文科背景下信息资源管理学科教育和人才培养方案,推动新时期中国信息资源管理学科的高质量发展。[Purpose/significance]This paper analyzes the new tasks and goals of information resources management education and discipline development under the new situation,discusses the key points and direction of information resources management discipline development and education in China in the new era,and provides reference for further theoretical and practical research of information resources management discipline community.[Method/process]Focusing on the theme of“the Second High-level Forum on Information Resources Management Education and Discipline Development”,this paper combs and analyzes the content of expert reports,and expands new ideas and viewpoints of specialists.[Result/conclusion]The forum discusses the core and connotation of information resources management in the new era,the boundary of discipline expansion,the key and challenge of discipline construction,and the coordinated development of academic research and discipline education.It constructs the education and talent cultivation programs of information resources management discipline under the background of new liberal arts,and promotes the high-quality development of China’s information resources management discipline in the new era.
