摘 要:目的:探讨血液透析室护理带教中干预标准化WORLD教学法的效果。方法:抽取2022年3月至2023年3月在昆明医科大学附属红河医院血液透析室中实习的40名护士,抽签分2组,各20名。对照组实行常规教学,观察组实行标准化WORLD教学。对比考核成绩、教学趣味性等情况。结果:较之对照组,观察组考核成绩、教学趣味性、教学质量、临床综合能力评分均高(P<0.05)。结论:标准化WORLD教学法的运用,效果理想,不仅能培养护生学习兴趣,还能改变教学质量,提高综合能力,值得推广。Objective:To explore the effect of standardized WORLD teaching in hemodialysis room nursing teaching.Methods:40 nurses who practiced in the hemodialysis room of the Hospital of Honghe State Affiliated to Kunming Medical University from March 2022 to March 2023 were divided into 2 groups with 20 nurses in each group.The control group implemented routine teaching,and the observation group implemented standardized WORLD teaching.The assessment results,teaching interest,and others were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the observation group had high assessment scores,teaching interest,teaching quality and clinical comprehensive ability(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of standardized WORLD teaching method has ideal effect,which can not only cultivate the interest of nursing students,but also change the teaching quality and improve the comprehensive ability,which is worth promoting.
