摘 要:1993年《中华人民共和国教师法》颁布以来,我国教师资格考试制度经历了复杂而深刻的变革历程,大体上可分为认定考试、全国统考和国家教师资格考试三个时期,逐步实现了严把教师入口关、拓展教师培养来源渠道、保障高素质专业化教师队伍建设质量等基本目标。教师资格考试制度30年改革实践积累了宝贵经验,具有多方面启发与借鉴意义,其中比较突出的三点是:法律法规是基础、开拓创新是动力、考教关系是关键。Since the promulgation of Teacher's Law of the People's Re public of China in 1993,teacher certification examination system in China has undergone complex and profound development process,which can be generally divided into the periods of recognition examination,national unified examination and national teacher certification examination.Gradually,it has achieved basic goals such as expanding the channels for teacher training,strictly controlling the entrance of teachers.and ensuring high-quality professional teacher team construction.The 30-year reform of the system has accumulated valuable experience.which has many enlightening and reference significance.Among them,the three prominent points are:laws and regulations are foundlation.exploration and innovation are driving force.and the relationship between examination and education is key.
