摘 要:采用一般资料调查表、职业韧性量表、职业尊重感量表和工作投入量表对2所三级甲等医院的临床护士进行调查,了解临床护士职业韧性、职业尊重感与工作投入的关系,为提高护士工作投入水平的护理管理实践提供参考。研究显示,临床护士工作投入处于中等偏上水平,职业韧性和职业尊重感与工作投入密切相关。护理管理者应采取针对性措施,重视护士职业韧性和职业尊重感的培养、激发护士工作热情和活力,以促进工作投入水平的提高。Survey was conducted on clinical nurses in two Grade A hospitals with General Information Questionnaires,Professional Resilience Scale,Professional Sense of respect Scale,and Work Engagement Scale to learn the relationship between clinical nurses'professional resilience,professional sense of respect,and work engagement.This provides reference for nursing management practices to improve the level of nurses'work engagement.Research has shown that clinical nurses have a relatively high level of work engagement,and their professional resilience and sense of respect are closely related to job engagement.Nursing managers should take targeted measures,attach importance to the cultivation of nurse professional resilience and respect,stimulate nurse work enthusiasm and vitality,and promote the improvement of work engagement level.
