摘　　要：于2023年6月至9月,采用自制就业意向决策调查问卷,便利整群抽样在黑龙江省就读的345名护理本科生作为研究对象,探讨黑龙江省护生就业意向决策困难现状以及影响因素,以减少护理人才的流失,为护生就业相关研究和实践提供参考依据。研究表明,需要加强社区护理、护理科研相关培训和宣传,加强就业支持和指导,加强护生的核心竞争力,提高护理行业薪资待遇等,以此来增强护生的职业认同感,加强职业稳定性。From June to September 2023,a self-made employment intention decision-making survey questionnaire was used to facilitate cluster sampling of 345 nursing undergraduates studying in Heilongjiang province as the research subjects.The status and influencing factors of employment intention decision-making difficulties among nursing students in Heilongjiang province were explored to reduce the loss of nursing personnel and provide reference basis for research and practice related to nursing students'employment.Research has shown that it is necessary to strengthen community nursing,nursing research related training and publicity,enhance employment support and guidance,enhance the core competitiveness of nursing students,improve the salary and benefits of the nursing industry,etc.,so as to enhance nursing students'occupational identity and stability.
