摘 要:为了探索实习初期护生专业自我概念的潜在类别,进一步分析不同类别专业自我概念和实习压力的关系,于2022年6—8月,采用一般资料调查问卷、专业自我概念量表和护生实习压力水平及压力源评价量表对山东省2所三级甲等综合医院的367名实习初期护生进行调查,用潜在剖面分析法对专业自我概念进行分类,通过层次回归法探讨专业自我概念的潜在类别与实习压力之间的关系。研究表明,实习初期护生专业自我概念存在异质性,护理教育者和管理者应重点关注专业自我概念水平较低的护生,并制定提高专业自我概念水平的有效干预方案,降低实习初期护生的实习压力。In order to explore the latent categories of professional self-concept among nursing students in the early stages of internships and further analyze the relationship between different categories of professional self-concept and internship pressure,from June to August 2022,a survey was conducted on 367 nursing students in two Grade-A comprehensive hospitals in Shandong Province with General Information Survey Questionnaire,Professional Self Concept of Nurses Instrument Scale,and Evaluation Scale of Nursing Students'Practice Pressure Level and Pressure Source.The professional self-concept was classified with the latent profile analysis method,exploring the relationship between potential categories of professional self-concept and internship pressure through the hierarchical regression method.Research has shown that there is heterogeneity in the professional self-concept of nursing students during the early stages of internships.Nursing educators and managers should focus on nursing students with lower levels of professional self-concept and develop effective intervention plans to improve their professional self-concept level,so as to reduce the internship pressure on nursing students during the early stages of internships.
