叙事治疗视角下双核系统概念的构建

摘　　要：双核系统是叙事治疗在中国运用发展中一个创新概念,即来访者同时拥有原始模式与发展模式的内在状态。本文构建了双核系统的概念,双核系统重新定位了问题与资源的关系,强调重视问题经验,协助咨询师定位来访者的“最近发展区”。它使来访者的问题与疗愈既对立又统一,形成动态的、二元的自我认同体系,最终为来访者生命赋能。The dual-core system is an innovative concept in the development of narrative therapy in China,that is,the client has the iner state of the original model and the developmental model at the same time.This paper constructs the concept of a dual-core system,which relocates the relationship between problems and resources,em-phasizes the experience of problems,and assists counselors in locating the"nearest development area"of clients It makes the client's problems and healing both opposed and unified,forming a dynamic,binary self-identity system that ultimately empowers the client's life.
