摘　　要：心理健康教育可以帮助学生更好地了解自己的内心世界,增强情绪管理能力,提高自信心,培养积极的心态。这对学生的综合素质提升和未来职业发展都具有重要意义。该文分析了新工科背景下对高校心理健康教育提出的新要求,并结合当前高校《心理健康教育》课程实施的现状分析了存在的主要问题,包括课程设置不够合理、教学方法单一和师资队伍建设不足等。在此基础上,从完善心理健康教育课程教材建设、创新课堂教学方法以及加强专业师资队伍建等方面提出了具体的策略建议。Psychological health education can help students better understand their inner world,enhance their ability to manage emotions,enhance self-confidence,and cultivate a positive mindset.This is of great significance for improving students'overall quality and future career development.The article analyzes the new requirements for mental health education in universities under the background of new engineering disciplines,and analyzes the main problems that exist in the current implementation of the"Mental Health Education"course in universities,including unreasonable curriculum design,single teaching methods,and insufficient construction of teaching staff.On this basis,specific strategic suggestions were proposed from the aspects of improving the construction of mental health education curriculum textbooks,innovating classroom teaching methods,and strengthening the construction of professional teaching staff.
