摘　　要：高等院校作为海南自由贸易港建设的知识与人才支撑,须积极努力培养高水平国际化人才,为建设具有世界影响力的自由贸易港提供高质量人才。对标一流本科“两性一度”的“金课”建设标准,实施高标准高质量的双语教学是高校适应社会发展、实现自身深化改革的必然要求。该文探究了一所本科院校双语课程建设现状及存在的问题,从班级编排、师资培养、教学模式、课程考核评价、课程体系建设五个方面提出相关策略,以期优化双语课程的教学改革与实践,为自贸港建设培养更多双语人才。As the knowledge and talent support for the construction of Hainan Free Trade Port,colleges and universities need to actively strive to cultivate high-level international talents and provide high-quality talents for the construction of a free trade port with world influence.Benchmarking the standards of constructing advanced,innovative,and challenging first-class undergraduate golden courses and implementing high-standard and highquality bilingual teaching are inevitable requirements for colleges and universities to adapt to social development and realize their own deepening reforms.This paper explores the current situation and existing problems of bilingual course construction in an undergraduate college,and proposes relevant strategies from such five aspects as class arrangement,teacher training,teaching model,course assessment and evaluation,and curriculum system construction,in order to optimize the teaching reform and practice of bilingual courses,and to cultivate more bilingual talents for the construction of the free trade port.
