摘 要:教育类专业学生是我国未来教师队伍的新生力量,在身份上兼具公民、学习者和准教育者三重属性。教育类课程思政建设结合专业的课程特点、思维方法和价值导向来强化师德养成教育,是落实立德树人根本任务的应有之义,也是提升教师队伍质量的时代诉求和促进教育类专业学生成长成才的必然选择。要从育志、育德、育才、育情四个向度,在课程目标中融入职业理想,在课程设计上强化道德情操,在课程内容上凸显专业学识,在课程实施中涵养教育情怀。通过提升专业教师育德能力、深挖课程思政元素、创新融合“三个课堂”、优化课程思政评价体系等,提高师德教育的实效性。Students majoring in education are the new force of the future teachers in China,and they have the triple attributes of citizen,learner and"quasi-educator".The ideological and political construction of educational courses should be combined with the characteristics of professional courses,thinking methods and value orientation,and strengthen the cultivation of teachers'ethics education,which is the integral component of implementing the fundamental task of cultivating morality and cultivating people,the demand of the times to improve the quality of teachers and the inevitable choice to promote the growth of education students.From the four aspects of cultivating ambition,morality,talent and emotion,we should integrate professional ideals into the curriculum objectives,strengthen moral sentiments in the curriculum design,highlight professional knowledge in the curriculum content,and cultivate educational feelings in the curriculum implementation.To improve the effectiveness of teachers'ethics education by improving professional teachers'moral education ability,digging deep into the ideological and political elements of the curriculum,innovating the integration of"three classrooms"and optimizing the curriculum ideological and political evaluation system.
