摘　　要：受社会不断发展的影响,互联网和信息技术逐渐成熟,给人们的生活带来了翻天覆地的变化,同时滋生出各种不同类型的新兴媒体。在这样的大环境下,英语跨文化交流被广泛提及,并以新型的信息传播形式--新媒体作为主要的信息传播途径,风靡于中西方多个国家,接收与传播文化信息更加的便捷、高效。由于英语跨文化交流是一个全新的领域,各方面都不够成熟,导致其存在诸多阻碍。该文首先研究开展跨文化交流活动的现实意义,同时根据时代发展的特点将先进的科学技术与教学有机结合。两种文化碰撞的目的就是加深对彼此文化的了解,尊重对方文化的特色和地域特殊性,实现自我能力的提升。该文在研究中掌握跨文化交流活动目前面临的问题,并提出可行性建议,以期为相关研究提供参考。Influenced by the continuous development of society,the Internet and information technology have gradually matured,bringing about earth shaking changes in people's lives,and spawning various types of emerging media.In such an environment,cross-cultural communication in English has been widely mentioned,and a new form of information dissemination-new media has become the main way of information dissemination,popular in many countries in the East and West,making it more convenient and efficient to receive and disseminate cultural information.Due to being a completely new field and not yet mature in all aspects,there are many obstacles to cross-cultural communication in English.This article first studies the practical significance of conducting cross-cultural exchange activities,and at the same time,combines advanced science and technology with teaching organically according to the characteristics of the times.The purpose of the collision of two cultures is to deepen our understanding of each other's cultures,respect the unique characteristics and regional characteristics of each other's cultures,and achieve the improvement of our own abilities.This article aims to grasp the current problems faced by cross-cultural communication activities in research and provide feasible suggestions,in order to provide reference for related research.
