摘　　要：随着当今经济全球一体化进程与科技的高速发展,在西方资本主义核心价值的渗透下,有一些商人把“逐利”作为商业经营的至高理念,由此带来了极端个人主义、功利主义盛行。但越来越多的企业将儒家道德伦理注入企业文化,在社会上涌现出一批勇担使命、修德讲学、以财发身、闻义能徙、与人为善颇具儒家气质的当代儒商。孟子远宗三代圣王,近法素王孔子,结合战国时期的具体情况,继往圣之绝学,并有所创发,使儒家学说成为当时的显学。与其他先秦诸子思想相比,孟子具有较为浓厚的“重商”观念。他着重在顶层设计、个人修身两方面为其王道思想服务,对营造良好的政商关系、塑造商人品格发挥了积极作用。With the process of global economic integration and the rapid development of science and technology,under the penetration of the core values of western capitalism,some businessmen take“seeking profit”as the highest concept of business management,which brings the prevalence of extreme individualism and utilitarianism.However,more and more enterprises have injected Confucian morality and ethics into corporate culture,and a number of contemporary Confucian businessmen have emerged in the society,who are bearing the mission,cultivating moral character and emphasizing knowledge,enriching life with wealth,willing to pursue and practice when they hear moral things,doing good deeds together with others,and having Confucian temperament.Mencius inherited the three generations of holy Kings and Confucius,combined with the specific situation of the Warring States Period,followed and developed the past study of the saints,made Confucianism a prominent doctrine.Compared with the thoughts of Pre-Qin thinkers,Mencius has a strong concept of“paying attention to business”.He focused on the top-level design and personal self-cultivation to serve his Kingcraft thoughts,and played a positive role in creating a good relationship between government and business and shaping the character of businessmen.
