摘  要:随着社会发展和教育改革的不断推进,高校教学质量监控成为了高校管理和教学改革的重要内容。在“三全育人”理念的指导下,构建和完善高校教学质量监控体系,对于提升教学质量、培养优秀人才具有重要意义。如何在“三全育人”视域下更好地构建与实践高校教学质量监控体系,是值得教育工作者深入探讨的重要课题。对此,通过阐述高校教学质量监控体系的理论基础,分析“三全育人”视域下高校教学质量监控体系的构建,进而研究“三全育人”视域下高校教学质量监控体系的实践,以期为高校教学质量监控工作提供有益的借鉴和参考。With the continuous development of society and educational reform,the monitoring of teaching quality in uni⁃versities has become an important part of university management and teaching reform.Under the guidance of the con⁃cept of"comprehensive education",it is of great significance to construct and improve the monitoring system of teaching quality in universities,in order to improve teaching quality and cultivate outstanding talents.How to better construct and practice a quality monitoring system for higher education teaching from the perspective of"comprehensive education"is an important topic worthy of in-depth exploration by educators.In this regard,by elaborating on the theoretical basis of the monitoring system for teaching quality in universities,analyzing the construction of the monitoring system for teach⁃ing quality in universities from the perspective of"comprehensive education",and further studying the practice of the monitoring system for teaching quality in universities from the perspective of"comprehensive education",in order to pro⁃vide useful reference and guidance for the monitoring work of teaching quality in universities.
