摘  要:在建设技能型社会的新阶段,高职教育发展面临挑战与机遇。福建省高职教育虽然发展迅速,但仍未能充分满足地方经济发展对高素质技能人才的需求。为推动高职教育高质量发展,应积极把握政策红利,加速实施提质培优工程;提升内部治理能力,释放管理红利;加强专业内涵建设,充分挖掘教学红利;深化校企合作,利用社会红利,持续提升人才培养质量,实现政府、高职院校、用人单位、学生及家长等多方主体的共赢。In the new stage of building a skilled society,the development of higher vocational education faces challenges and opportunities.Although the development of higher vocational education in our province is rapid,it still cannot fully meet the demand for high-quality skilled talents in local economic development.In order to promote the high-quality development of higher vocational education,it is suggested that we should actively grasp the policy dividends,accelerate the implementation of the quality improvement project,enhance internal governance capacity,release management dividends,strengthen professional content construction,fully tap teaching dividends,deepen school-enterprise cooperation,and make use of social dividends.In this way,we can not only continuously improve the quality of talent cultivation,but also achieve a win-win situation for multiple parties such as the government,higher vocational colleges,employers,students and parents.
