摘  要:在教师培训向课程化转变的背景下,区域教师研修课程管理在提高课程质量、迭代课程体系中起着核心作用。本文以“活系统模型”为依据,建构起操作系统、管理系统、监察系统、开放系统、政策系统五级课程管理框架。课程管理模式从平面化转向立体化,管理特点从封闭式走向开放性,管理成效从静态管理走向发展性管理,力争完善区域教师研修课程,促进高质量教师研修课程建设。In the context of the shift towards curriculum based teacher training,the management of regional teacher training courses plays a core role in improving course quality and iterating the course system.Yangpu District takes the"living system model"as the model to build a five level progressive curriculum management framework of operating system,management system,supervision system,open system and policy system.The management mode of training courses has shifted from flat to three-dimensional,the management characteristics have shifted from closed to open,and the management effectiveness has shifted from static management to developmental management,activating regional teacher training courses and providing high-quality carriers for regional teacher development.
