摘  要:德国应用技术大学作为德国高教体系的重要组成部分,强调以问题和实践为导向,注重人才培养和科学研究、社会服务等功能的全面发展。伴随德国应用技术大学的历史发展与功能拓展,德国应用技术大学跨专业组织应运而生。当前,德国应用技术大学跨专业组织表现为依附于国家研究中心、自建独立研究所或研究组及创新中心或协同创新平台等形式,呈现出在政策扶持、制度保障、教师聘任及课程设置等方面的共性特征。借鉴德国应用技术大学跨专业组织的成功经验,我国高职院校跨专业组织发展应增加政策扶持,建立配套制度保障体系;完善机构设置,构建科学的组织保障机制;谋划人事变革,建立教师参与的激励机制;加快课程改革,形成教研双向互促机制。As an important part of the German higher education system,the German universities of applied sciences emphasizes a problem-and practice-oriented approach,focusing on the comprehensive development of personnel training and functions such as scientific research and social services.With the historical development and functional expansion of German universities of applied sciences,interdisciplinary organizations of such universities have emerged.At present,the interdisciplinary organizations of German universities of applied sciences present common features in terms of policy support,institutional guarantee,teacher appointment and curriculum setting by attaching themselves to national research centers,building their own independent institutes,research groups,and innovation centers or collaborative innovation platforms.Drawing on the successful experience of interdisciplinary organizations in German universities of applied sciences,the development of interdisciplinary organizations in Chinese vocational colleges should increase policy support and establish a supporting institutional guarantee system;improve the institutional setup and build a scientific mechanism of organizational guarantee;plan personnel changes and establish an incentive mechanism for teachers’participation;and speed up the reform of curricula to form a mechanism of two-way mutual promotion of teaching and research.
