基于“书证融通”的校企深度合作教学模式设计与实践——以桂林旅游学院“大数据财务分析”课程为例

摘　　要：“书证融通”是职业院校落实1+X证书制度的关键。针对现有教学模式在实施“书证融通”中暴露出的不足,以“大数据财务分析”课程为例,开展了校企深度合作的教学模式设计,并验证了其有效性。该教学模式通过引入企业资源和技术力量,让企业深度参与课程教学的全环节、全过程;以真实项目为引导,以工作任务为驱动,重点培养了学生的岗位职业能力,推进了职业教育供给侧与需求侧的对接,满足了企业对高技能人才的需求。The“integration of academic and vocational skill certificate”is the key to implementing the 1+X certificate system in vocational colleges.Aiming at the shortcomings of the current teaching mode in the implementation of“integration of academic and vocational skill certificate”,the design of the school-enterprise deep cooperation teaching mode was carried out by using the“big data financial analysis”course as an example,and its effectiveness was verified.This teaching mode imports enterprise resources and technological strength to enable enterprises to deeply participate in the entire process of course teaching.Guided by real projects and driven by work tasks,it focuses on cultivating students’job abilities,promoting the connection between the supply side and the demand side of vocational education,and meeting the demand of enterprises for highly skilled talents.
