摘 要:目的:探索基于SPOC的递进式“CBL+TBL”翻转课堂在医学影像设备学教学中的应用效果。方法:选取2019级医学影像技术专业2个教学班为研究对象,试验组和对照组分别采用基于SPOC的递进式“CBL+TBL”翻转课堂和传统教学法。结果:试验组理论成绩和电路故障案例分析成绩显著高于对照组(P<0.05),问卷调查显示87.5%的学生认可新教学模式。结论:基于SPOC的递进式“CBL+TBL”翻转课堂对培养学生自主学习能力、问题分析及问题解决能力效果显著,有利于提高医学影像设备学教学质量。Objective:To explore the application effect of the progressive“CBL+TBL”flipped classroom based on SPOC in teaching medical imaging equipment.Methods:Two classes of students majoring in medical imaging technology in the 2019 academic year were selected as the research objects.The experimental group and the control group adopted the progressive“CBL+TBL”flipped classroom teaching based on SPOC and traditional teaching,respectively.Results:The theoretical scores and circuit fault case analysis scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The questionnaire survey showed that 87.5% of the students approved the new teaching mode.Conclusion:The progressive“CBL+TBL”flipped classroom based on SPOC significantly improves students'ability for independent learning,problem analysis,and problem-solving,thus enhancing the teaching quality of medical imaging equipment.
