摘 要:目的:本研究将分层次螺旋上升式教学法应用于心内科专科轮转护士的培训教学,探讨该教学方式与传统的带教方式对心内科专科轮转培训护士的培训效果和临床岗位胜任力的影响。方法:将60名到心内科轮转的护士作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和试验组,对照组实施传统临床护理教学模式,试验组实施分层次螺旋上升式教学法,两组均于出科时和培训1年后进行培训效果评估。结果:培训后试验组出科和年终的操作及理论考核成绩评分、护理科研成果、护士满意率、临床岗位胜任力等各项得分及总分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);结论:分层次螺旋上升式教学法培训实践效果明确,能有效提高受培训护士的理论及实践操作水平,使其更快胜任临床护理工作,护理工作质量得到明显提高。Objective:This study applied the hierarchical spiral progressive teaching method to the training of cardiology specialty rotating nurses to explore the effects of this teaching model on the training outcomes and clinical competence of cardiology specialty rotating nurses compared to traditional preceptorship.Methods:Sixty nurses rotating to the cardiology department were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group.The control group received traditional clinical nursing teaching,while the experimental group received hierarchical spiral progressive teaching.Both groups were evaluated for training outcomes at the end of rotation and one year later.Results:After training,the experimental group's scores in practical and theoretical assessments at the end of rotation and at the end of the year,nursing research achievements,nurse satisfaction rates,and overall clinical competence were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The hierarchical spiral progressive teaching method demonstrates clear effectiveness in training practices,effectively improving the theoretical and practical skills of the trained nurses,enabling them to adapt more quickly to clinical nursing work,and significantly enhancing the quality of nursing care.
