摘  要:课程思政是落实立德树人根本任务,推进新时代教育强国建设的重要举措。研究以高职院校在课程思政“育人理念的认知及认同、多元建设主体的目标及行动、育人资源建设的标准及应用、教学组织实施的方法及评价”等方面存在的共性问题为聚焦点,以整体性治理理论为指导,提出了“互信互建、协同作战、共建共享、规范运行”等课程思政建设策略,旨在为高职院校加强课程思政顶层设计,打破价值认同束缚,健全组织管理机制,形成课程思政建设合力,发挥协同育人整体效能,建设“大思政”育人格局,提高全面发展人才培养质量提供参考。Curriculum ideological and political education is an important measure to implement the fundamental task of cultivating morality and promoting the construction of a strong education country in the new era.Focusing on by the theory of holistic governance,this study proposes strategies for the construction of ideological and political education in vocational colleges,including the recognition and identification of educational concepts,the goals and actions of diverse construction subjects,the standards and applications of educational resource construction,and the methods and evaluations of teaching organization and implementation.Intended to strengthen the top-level design of ideological and political courses in vocational colleges,break free from the constraints of value identification,improve organizational management mechanisms,form a joint force in curriculum ideological and political construction,leverage the overall effectiveness of collaborative education,build a"big ideological and political"education pattern,and provide reference for improving the quality of comprehensive development talent cultivation.
