高中生物学“影响酶活性的因素”的释疑

摘　　要：本文从不同版本的教材对酶活性概念的表述入手,结合米氏方程解释酶浓度、底物浓度对酶活性的影响,加深对“影响酶活性的因素”的理解与认识,为一线教学提供新思路。Starting with the definition of enzyme activity in different versions of textbooks,this article explains the effect of enzyme concentration and substrate concentration on enzyme activity using the Michaelis equation,to deepen the understanding of factors affecting enzyme activity and provide a new approach to teaching.
