摘 要:目的探讨教师教学行为、大学生专业满意度、大学生学习投入的关系及其作用机制,提升大学生学习投入水平。方法采用大学生专业满意度量表、学习投入量表、教师教学行为量表对208名高校大学生进行调查。分析各变量间的关系以及可能的中介效应。结果回归分析结果显示:教师教学行为中的教学设计、直接指导、学习评价均与大学生学习投入呈显著正相关。中介模型检验结果显示:教师的教学行为可以直接影响大学生的学习投入,也可以通过影响学生的专业满意度间接作用于学生的学习投入;专业满意度在教师教学行为与大学生学习投入之间起部分中介作用。结论良好的教师教学行为能显著提升大学生的学习投入;高校应重视教师的教学行为对大学生学习投入的影响。Objective To explore the relations among teachers’teaching behavior,college students’professional satisfaction,and college students’learning input and its mechanism,and improve the level of college students’learning input.Methods A total of 208 college students were investigated with college students’professional satisfaction scale,learning input scale,and teachers’teaching behavior scale.The relations among the variables and the possible mediating effect were analyzed.Results The results of regression analysis showed that the teaching design,direct guidance,and learning evaluation in teachers’teaching behavior were significantly positively correlated with college students’learning input.The results of intermediary model test showed that teachers’teaching behavior directly affected students’learning input,and indirectly affected students’learning input by influencing students’professional satisfaction.Professional satisfaction played a partly intermediary role between teachers’teaching behavior and college students’learning input.Conclusion Good teachers’teaching behavior can significantly enhance college students’learning input,and universities and teachers should pay more attention to the influence of teachers’teaching behavior on college students’learning input.
