摘　　要：边缘型人格障碍是常见的人格障碍,也是青少年重要的发展问题。边缘型人格障碍的病因十分复杂,大量的研究聚焦于对边缘型人格障碍心理社会致病因素的探讨。文章阐述了家庭养育环境、重大创伤经历及认知图式偏差等心理社会因素与青少年边缘型人格障碍起病的关系,旨在为相关研究者和实践者提供有益的知识参考和建议,为青少年边缘型人格障碍的防治提供依据,促进青少年的健康成长。Borderline personality disorder(BPD)is a common personality disorder and an important developmental problem for adolescents.The etiology of BPD is very complex,and lots of studies have focused on the psycho-social pathogenic factors of BPD.This review describes the relationship between psycho-social factors such as family nurturing environment,major traumatic experiences,and cognitive schema deviation and the onset of adolescent BPD,aims to provide useful knowledge contribution and suggestions for relevant researchers and practitioners,provide a basis for the prevention and treatment of adolescent BPD,and promote the healthy growth of adolescents.
