摘 要:为提升传统交流异步电机矢量控制系统的控制效果,解决由交流电机特性带来的响应速度慢和稳态抖动等问题,设计了一种模糊自适应矢量控制系统,对传统的矢量控制系统进行改进,设计了按转子磁场定向的四闭环矢量控制系统,并且针对传统矢量控制的稳态波动问题,加入了设计的定值控制器。在MATLAB/Simulink中搭建了仿真系统,为使实验结果更贴合实际,设计了交流异步电机所使用的整流逆变电路。仿真实验结果表明:该控制系统的动态性能更好,响应速度更快,且提升了抵抗负载的能力,具有更强的自适应性和鲁棒性。In order to improve the control effect of the traditional AC asynchronous motor vector control system and solve the problems of slow response speed and steady-state jitter caused by the characteristics of AC motor,a fuzzy adaptive vector control system was designed,the traditional vector control system was improved,a four-loop vector control system oriented by the rotor magnetic field was designed,and a fixed value controller was added for the steady-state fluctuation problem of traditional vector control.A simulation system was built in MATLAB/Simulink,and the rectifier inverter circuit used in AC asynchronous motor was designed to make the experimental results more realistic.The simulation results show that the dynamic performance of the designed four-loop control system is better,faster response,improved load resistance,and has stronger adaptability and robustness.
